The Weld Readiness System™ (WRS™)
To eliminate guesswork and subjectivity, we developed the Weld Readiness System™ (WRS™)—a structured evaluation framework that measures observed execution behavior, not just pass/fail outcomes.
WRS™ integrates:
- Code-aligned visual acceptance logic
- Documented procedural discipline
- Destructive test results (where applicable)
The result is objective clarity: a defensible view of current execution readiness and the specific factors that increase the risk of test or production failure.
